EVENT: Bottled water being collected for Flint

GRAND RAPIDS January 14, 2016– The Grand Rapids Employees Independent Union (GREIU) is coordinating a water drive for the residents of Flint. Any residents interested inWater Drive Flyer providing clean drinking water for the people of Flint are encouraged to participate.

This Saturday, January 16, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, the GREIU will be collecting donations of bottled water at the GREIU Union Hall, 917 Bridge St NW. The local will then deliver the water to the city of Flint, where residents still don’t have clean water from their taps, and the supply of bottled water is running low.
